Thank you Leon, still fixing the typos and misspelling, the text is a bit a mess cause I actually wrote most of it a month ago.

Thank you Leon, today someone sent me a link to something I wrote some time ago, and to tell you the truth I was surprised and for some odd reasons, thinking of poetry and justice I thought of you.

In the last year and half of horrors and brutality I have almost completely forgot of my poetic side.

Hopefully now that international observers have managed to get into Gaza, this insane genocide on the people of Gaza is over, though much worries still remain for the rest of Palestine and the Middle East, worries which in turn takes again all the poetry out my life. Anyhow here is the one I wrote sometime ago . https://mywisdom.substack.com/p/from-the-darkness-to-the-light

In solidarity 🍉

What a valuable find this SubStack is. If you broke this or others into many shorter articles it would still be difficult to address even only the highlights. Thank you for this Service.

If UN law states;

"In the case of Genocide, the law speaks clearly, any means necessary, including the Use of Force, are legit to stop a Genocide, and every nation have the duty to act to prevent and stop the Genocide from taking place.

Furthermore, the arming and financing of war criminals is also a crime according to among other, also the Genocide Convention, and all of those people and entities which have continued to finance and arm the war criminals and Genocidaires, are thereby also complicit in the crime which they had armed and sponsored."

So, Yemen's response against israel and shipping into israel are not terrorist acts. If true, when USA or others use force against the Yemenis, then isn't that further support of genocide by USA, and unJust use of military aggression?

And - as we know - israeli genocide in Gaza cannot go a day without USA's constant supplies of bombs and money, doesn't that make the USA more complicit the only 'arming and financing' of the genocidal israel?

Why does the UN limit the 'any means necessary' to State action? Actions by militias outside of State control as the Constitution of the USA defines would not be legal? Such as assassination and military violence against the parts of Gov.s that are directing [support of] the genocide, domestic or international be legal?

God Bless., Steve

Thank you Steve, and yes indeed, the strikes on Yemen by the so called allies are in violation of the UN charter and an absolute act of aggression against a country doing what every country should have done from the very start of this insanity.

About the UN, it is also self evident that its management is a criminal one, as its Secretary General is the number one responsible for the Genocide which took place after his order of withdrawal for all its international staff from Gaza.

As we all have witnessed, he have also done nothing to protect his local staff and facilities and instead of declaring a protectorate in Gaza when he had chance, he allowed the deliberate targeting of hospitals and of UN staff and facilities, whitewashing the most horrific terrorist acts of the terrorist entity by him defined as “military operations”.

In effect, he has done nothing to stop the massacres and the destruction of even hospitals .”Which are anyway always protected by the UN chart and by international law”, or worst, he has allowed them to continue.

Also, the fact that the so called expulsion of UNRWA happened after the ceasefire, is an other piece of evidence showing how he continues to protect and endorse the ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people.

His removal from office and replacement with someone with integrity and decency is essential for world peace.

WOW, you've really done your homework, THANK YOU. Excellent job.

I am so horrified by this whole thing, I have no words to really describe it, or my feelings-- thanks for describing it. I also follow the work of Carina Malatesta... do you know of her?

I pray for the Pal's daily. I know that death is not The End, but it's still criminal and HIDEOUS the way these poor people, LITTLE CHILDREN, are being kicked out of Life...

Thank you, and yes, I also read Carina, in my opinion she is very passionate and good journalist.

We all pray for the Palestinian people and for peace in this world.

This madness will soon come to its end, we just got to make sure that it does.
