The audio recording is public and that statement is an obvious lie.
Also AP “associated press” lies when claimed the car was targeted because thought to be carrying suspects, as the sound of the firing of the machine gun on the child proves it was a point blank execution.
Also the ambulance and its personnel was apparently struck by a shell or a drone strike, confirming this was yet an other deliberate targeting of medical vehicles and staff.
One more warcrime in the ever growing list of crimes by the number one terrorist entity in the world.
