Finally some good news, on 29 December 2023, South Africa evokes the Genocide Convention.

Help is coming to Palestine.

Myanmar’s election on November 8, 2020 allegedly went the way of the recent US presidential one – falsified by vote-counting machines. Aung San Suu Kyi who got re-elected had close ties to both Hillary Clinton and George Soros but was deposed in a military coup d’état on February 1, 2021.

Soros is believed to be behind the public protests that have been taking place (kind of like the riots in Seattle, Portland, Minneapolis, etc.?) since February 1, now the Burmese military is going after his funding sources and organization, as well as investigating Suu Kyi on corruption charges. The recent spectres of other electronic electoral malfeasance and/or misfeasance and outright fraud have surfaced in the Brazilian election and closer to home in Pennsylvania and Arizona.

"...those countries which have chosen to uphold the principles of the international law." Are there any?

I admire your article which is full of truth and advocates for peace and justice which we, the people, want and need.

Long live Palestine 🇵🇸.

Thank you Jane

I am also puzzled by the fact that not even the Palestinian authorities have evoked the convention.

I hope someone will do it and as far as I am concerned it would never be soon enough.

For what I can see, this was a premeditated action, I personally have no trust in the UN which for what I can see is fully implicated in the execution of this brutal Genocide, nevertheless every state member can evoke the genocide convention which would set the UN military to protect the civilians and hunt down the perpetrators of the Genocide so we must do all we can to force our governments to evoke it.

That probably would also call for the prosecution for aiding and facilitating genocide, of our own leaders, which must be indite for the above mention crimes, by National courts first, before also by the international ones.

Note, the head of the international criminal court, is a layer which have worked defending war criminals, also his brother is a convicted pedophile so, not much trust there hider.

Nevertheless the ICJ, which is the body responsible for dealing with crimes committed by countries, and not just by individuals like is the ICC, have already told months ago they were ready to start prosecution.

https://www.icj.org/gaza-occupied-palestinian-territory-states-have-a-duty-to-prevent-genocide/

Mass demonstrations, and multiple legal actions against politicians which are supporting the Genocide must be multiplied and continued till our representatives and politicians face the facts and act according to the law.

Apartheid and Genocide must end.

Peace dignity and justice for Palestine.

Thank you for replying. I know very little about International Courts. My general impression is that they are there to give white people a pass and Israel, the US and the other Western genocide supporters are relying on that.

Hopefully there will be retribution.

The ICC is a joke, the US even made a law which authorizes the American army to invade The Hague to free prisoners of the international criminal court. “See Hague invading act”

The ICJ, on the other hand, can define the crime of genocide and overturn any veto.

That is why the US and the rogue isranazi entity is trying to prevent anyone from evoking the Genocide convention.

Once again, the Genocide convention was designed for this type of warcrimes, and we must demand that our governments evoke its constitution and implement its rules.

Here something I scribbled on the topic some time ago

The link in the article explains much

Yes the ICC is a joke, but not a funny one.

Thank you for my education on this subject. 🇵🇸

You are welcome, the ICC should be able to do its job and not being bullied by anyone.

Both courts have power to internationally execute their judgments, they just need to be forced to do their job by more external pressure, because as we have witnessed so far, they are not doing it on their own and actually seams the ICC which has plenty of evidences, including the most crucial “intent” and despite the overwhelming amount of testimonies, recorded statements and physical evidences to the fact, is criminally ignoring the facts , and, as far as I can see, not doing its job.

Anyhow the stress must be now on the ICJ, as it as the power to stop the genocide, by both sanctions, and even by military intervention.

Agree with everything you state as I did Tai-chi ... BUT there are sometimes where I just wanted more and to kick TF out of the attacker ... and that is how I feel now.
