Waiting for peace?

So here we are, 104 days of killing, 104 days of suffering, 104 days of crying, 104 days of asking for a peace which is being denied.

It was on the 29th of December that what is now to be considered the highest moral and civic duty champion country of the planet, with its excellent and glorious representatives of the people of South Africa, did what was aspected to be done by many others before them.

South Africa took a stand to stop an atrocious Genocide, of which the entire world has become witness, as  civilians being slaughtered by the thousands by the insane bombardments carried out by a brutal militia armed with the most powerful and sophisticated bombs and weapons, is taking place under the watch and the complete passivity of the supposed organ for world peace, the United Nations, is now for the first time in history, being broadcasted practically 24/7 live, for the entire world to see.

At the same time, we  also witnessed the constant arming and support for a genocidal campaign, aimed at the destruction of Gaza and at the forced exodus of its inhabitants, support given by nations which should have stop the massacres, and which instead, gave more bombs, munitions, and military aid and assistance to further arm the genocide and the land theft, or that at best,  did practically absolutely nothing for preventing it from taking place or from continuing.

No other nation before South Africa invoked the genocide convention, “not even Palestine” or should I say the Palestinian authorities?

Since then, it took 12 days, before the emeritus judges could get off their asses for to present them selfs for the court hearing.

12 days of killing, 12 days of suffering, 12 days of starvation, 12 days of thirst, 12 days of sickness, 12 days of crying.

12 days to here about stories they already had been witnessing for more than two months, 12 days to get the closing argument to end a genocide which should have ended in the very moment the court had received the request to intervene.

12 days is now gone to 20 days of killings and crying and suffering and feeling hunger and thirst and cold and confused and afraid.

20 days of murder, with an estimate of roughly 200 killed a day, makes approximately 4000 killed, while the ICJ, plays around and instead of delivering its pre verdict and measures to stop or prevent this ongoing Genocide from continuing, continues to keep the genocidal machine working, and the world waiting.

4000 murdered innocent people, killed by the bureaucracy of an institution which was supposed to save them, and which instead, continues to waist time and to allow the continuation of the very same atrocities and Genocide, they are supposed to prevent.

While awaiting for peace, the world is suffering and sharing the fears of the Palestinian people.

Afraid of dying, afraid of loosing a home, or a relative or a friend, afraid of what will the future bring, afraid of what it may be.

So we are left in the emptiness of waiting, waiting for a sign of peace, a sign of justice which would stop the brutality and horrors, and restore the rights to dignity and peace, to a land and people which had to endured decades of systematic robbery, abuses and destruction.

Robbery of the people, their resources and their land, by a supremacist and dictatorial entity, which shielded from the law of man, have continued to act as a slave owner, imposing curfews, checkpoints and blockades to prevent the transit of people and goods, and thereby, obliged all the Palestinians to remain living under the abusive and illegal laws, dictated by a terroristic regime which treats Palestinians as animals, or like some say, as their donkeys.

You have most likely already heard the phrase used by the israeli minister ….. in which he refers to the Palestinian people as “human animals”

Phrase also mentioned by the South African legal team, and brought to the attention of Judges of the International Court of Justice of The Hague.

The thing you probably don’t know, is what is the israeli concept of human animals standing for.

So I’ll explain to you as I was explained and confirmed by many israeli soldiers I met many years ago.

This understanding is also crucial to understand its leadership believes, behavior and actions, not just against the Palestinian people, and the United Nations, where since the trump administration and the coming of our latest supposed “Secretary General”, has become a place so vulgar and abusive, turning that once respectful institution from the “house of the diplomacy”,  into the house of threats, bad manners and bullism, but clearly not just towards the United Nations now club of the warmongers and eugenists, but as we have witnessed, against the entire world.

So, what are this human animals and why are treated with brutality in the way we are all witnessing?

The “human animals” are to them like their donkeys.

Yes donkeys.

And here how I was explained the comparison:

“Treating them like the donkey means regularly beating them, cause if you stop your regular beating of the donkeys, they stop obeying the master’s commands.”

This is the reason why the constant and relentless abuses, violence  and oppression, conducted by a brutal and insane regime as its rule of thumb, rule which can not be broken, as the very existence of its occupation and of its apartheid regime rests upon it.

An existence founded on indoctrination to hate which through a supremacist dominance and unaccountability allows it to continue, as shielded with immunity to the laws it uses to control all others.

So there you go

Now you know what human animals stands for.

The big difference now, is that this time, after 75 years of beating the Palestinians as their donkeys, they are actually trying to evict them by all means they can.

And that is exactly what they have been doing for 104 days and nights.

Bombing with tremendous force densely populated areas, and literally pulverizing thousands of building with all those sheltering in them.

Note in fact, that the number of death reported from Gaza, includes only the bodies recovered and not the ones disappeared.

But you would assume that a court of old emeritus judges would know all of this, along with the long list of resolutions condemning the israeli entity of multitudes of human rights violations, without the need for some state to have to assemble a team of lawyers to present a case like this one.       

In fact one as to wonder why it did not happened before, and why does it take so long?

After all, the case presented by South Africa, did not required an immediate judgment, and was specially crafted for not to drag into it the USA and UK, which, as we all know, have both served endorsing and sponsoring the massacre of thousands of Gazans, by both providing bombs, weapons and logistic and intelligence services for the massacres, as, it indeed, the South African request for intervention by the ICJ, was concentrated its request to the court, to define the atrocities as possibly of Genocidal intent or proportion, for to proclaim the need for an immediate cease fire and withdraw of the occupying forces from Gaza.

So yes, we can say, that the ICJ as so far costed the life of over 3000 people, two third of them women  and children.

Life lost whilst awaiting, waiting for a decision which seams not to matter to those who are supposed to work for world justice, human rights and peace.

And it makes me wonder.

How long will it take for the court of the Eminent Judges, to stop the genocide they are supposed to end?

Mean while, both Gaza and the rest of Palestine are being looted an destroyed at an ever faster pace then ever before.

And has if nothing of what happens in the rest of Palestine would matter, new israeli squats are  being built on the newly occupied territories, Palestinians are being murdered by snipers, drones and air strikes, more houses and roads are being destroyed, more check points, walls and gates are being erected, and more weapons are being given to the israeli settlers/colonizers/slave masters.

At the same time, Palestinians are being slaughtered and the all world is waiting in anguish for an end to a war which should have never been allowed to start or to continue.

Here what they did to a University which they used as head quarters and prison, in which they tortured and executed many of their prisoners.

And as if that would not be enough, so called targeted assassinations, are now in full fashion.

What was once considered as an act of war, turned by the US into an act of supposed “self defense”, as if bombing someone should be now considered legal, normal, and just.

So the new fashion, killing people from behind PlayStations, shooting missiles and bombs across countries, and completely ignoring any sense of logic or respect for life and peace, cause hey, according to the USA, killing with drones is now “self defense”

As so, here we are, 2024, a year which begins under a sign of hope, which is soon turning it into the one of war, or should I say self defense?

Umm, self defense.

Mean while according to not yet verified news reported by Palestinechronicles, the occupation killers have recovered the bodies of 21 captives after a new massacre they committed in Gaza, while in Europe …

There is no parallel time in our known history, to which we could compare what has happened to humanity in the past 4 years, and consequentially we can only assume what the future will bring.

The triumph of humanity or its end, are up to all of us.

My praise  goes to all of those who manifest their support for Peace and Justice, and to the soldiers who refuse to take part in this ongoing Genocide, and to those who put down their guns and walk away from the murdering fields.

For humanity to prevail. Humanity must prevail.

If they don’t want to stop the killings, than we must stop them.

We are the power we have been searching for.
