The Crash!

Here we are again, to discus the meaning of the provisional measures imposed by the International Court of Justice, in its case against israel in the matter of the ongoing Genocide taking place in Gaza

Let’s be clear about things, if yesterday the Genocide was probable, from today has become  actual, hence the US and all states arming and sponsoring the Genocide, must stop arming and sponsoring the genocide.

Yes 174 bodies recovered following the International Court of Justice orders.

The International Court of Justice ruling in fact among other, indicts US, UK, Germany and other collective West members who stated that the South African case is “without legal merit”, and should be dismissed.

After examining the evidences provided by South Africa,  the International Court of Justice, accepts the South African demand for urgent provisional measures to be taken for the protection of Palestinians in Gaza against Israel and recommends the following:

For these reasons,

THE COURT’s DECISION

Indicates the following provisional measures: (1) By fifteen votes to two,

The State of Israel shall, in accordance with its obligations under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, in relation to Palestinians in Gaza, take all measures within its power to prevent the commission of all acts within the scope of Article II of this Convention, in particular:

(a) killing members of the group;

(b) causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;

(c) deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; and

(d) imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;

(2) By fifteen votes to two,

The State of Israel shall ensure with immediate effect that its military does not commit any

acts described in point 1 above

(3) By sixteen votes to one,

The State of Israel shall take all measures within its power to prevent and punish the direct and public incitement to commit genocide in relation to members of the Palestinian group in the Gaza Strip;

(4) By sixteen votes to one,

The State of Israel shall take immediate and effective measures to enable the provision of urgently needed basic services and humanitarian assistance to address the adverse conditions of life faced by Palestinians in the Gaza Strip;

(5) By fifteen votes to two,

The State of Israel shall take effective measures to prevent the destruction and ensure the preservation of evidence related to allegations of acts within the scope of Article II and Article III of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide against members of the Palestinian group in the Gaza Strip;

(6) By fifteen votes to two,

The State of Israel shall submit a report to the Court on all measures taken to give effect to this Order within one month as from the date of this Order

The State of Israel shall take immediate and effective measures to enable the provision of urgently needed basic services and humanitarian assistance to address the adverse conditions of life faced by Palestinians in the Gaza Strip;

The International Court of Justice decision is binding.

The International Court of Justice decided that Israel must “take all measures to prevent death and injury”, and provide for all Palestinian humanitarian needs, including access to food, medicine, and infrastructure.

This is in technical terms, the order for immediate military ceasefire.

The order of the Court is once again binding, so anyone telling otherwise, is hider an ignorant person which has not read the Genocide convention, or doing what is called “damage control”, basically mixing truth with lies to give the appearance to be against someone, whilst in reality reshaping a narrative for the convenience of the other.

Therein, with this order by the International Court of Justice, every country which have contributed in arming the Genocide, is officially under investigation for their complicity in Genocide.

Mean while, the countries which have continued to pore in money for aid to the Palestinians, thanks to the latest malignant lies of the israeli regime, have found the way to stop paying for aid, and to force the israeli junta to pay for it.

And so, US, UK, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Finland , Italy, Germany and the Netherlands all halt financing of UN agency, after Israel alleges that 12 of its 13,000 employees were involved in Hamas attacks.

France also have informed that it will cease it payments to the UNRWA for the second quarter of 2024.

One may also ask it self, why this attack on a humanitarian body of the United Nations, and why is this happening now?

The answer should be obvious to anyone willing to use its own brain to understand the implication which follow such accusations.

Here some of them.

First, this accusations allows the Secretary General of the UN, to shake off the blame he holds for taking away from the start of the conflict, the protectorate status from the UN facilities in Gaza.

Second, it is an operation aimed at discredit the UN staff members’s statements to the International Court of Justice.

Third it tries to justify the bombing and indiscriminate targeting of UN facilities and staff members on the ground in Gaza.

Forth, it is also the way chosen, to blame the death of UN staff members murdered in Gaza, as victims of the true and only victims of this Genocide, the Palestinian people.

And in final, this accusation threatens the security of Gaza, as it alleges, not just the involvement of individuals, but of the entire institution providing it with Humanitarian assistance and aid.

Are all allegation of the supposed complicity of the 12 UNRWA staff members false?

Most likely yes, nevertheless,  they could also be partially true, as israeli double agents, are known to be  imbedded and working in the UNRWA as staff members, and it is their interest to justify the warcrimes committed by the israeli extremist government, than off course there is always the chance that the israeli regime have been digging out some body from some grave to use as evidence, or that they are backing up their claims by using some confession obtained by torture.

Nevertheless the withdrawal of emergency relief founds to the agency, does amount to a collective punishment, which on its own is a warcrime, when you then add the fact that a Genocide is being committed, the crime committed  becomes the one of complicity in Genocide.

At this point, or they will reverse their position and restart their support for UNRWA, or very soon, starvation and famine will consequentially spread among the civil population, making the crime of Genocide no more just plausible, but actual, hence, the title  of this article, “THE CRASH”.

A crash which will bring great consequences for all the Genocide riders, as their crimes will be punished and guilt will never be forgotten.

Obviously we hope for the first one, but obvious also that if those countries which are the main contributor to the coffers of the UNRWA stop founding the UNRWA, the consequences for over two million people caged behind the walls and fences and that open air prison or better yet, concentration camp which is now Gaza, will be devastating.

So let’s examine all of those countries which are now participating in the forced starvation of the Palestinians, first, as always, the English speaking ones, all colonial powers, which have traditionally invaded, massacred, and destroyed countries and civilizations for their exploitation and their establishment on the looted lands.

No surprise then that the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Germany all cutting aid founds to the enclave, and all countries actually arming and sponsoring the Genocide.

Also, no surprise that Holland, the official hard drug dealer of Europe, which have also armed and assisted the genocide in Gaza and the apartheid crimes of the regime in the rest of Palestine, have joined the rest of the blood thirsty bullies in their quest to starve the people of Palestine in Gaza.

And off course, France with its colonizing past, and present, could not miss out the chance to help his now indicted for Genocide, partner in crime.

It is also no surprise that Italy, the most fascist and censured country in Europe, country which have also like t most of all others on the list, participated in the Genocide of the Palestinians by both, selling weapons, and allowing US military operations in supports of the Genocide to be conducted from its state, allowing the use of US bases on Italian soil and the transit of US military planes, used for both arming and assisting the Genocide, and pretending to be defending the right of self defense of brutal colonizers, whilst ignoring the most basic human rights and rights to the land, self defense and of existence of the indigenous population.

No surprise also about Finland, which once free and happy country, and now thanks to NATO,  fearful, cold, and pore vassal state of the US, have now with its extremists technocratic leaders, taking that step on the puddle of blood which will, forever stain its once glorious memories.

And what to say about US, Canada, Australia and the UK?

Well, once again, they are colonies which just like israel, are founded on the blood and bones of the indigenous population of the land they stoled.

Than we got Germany, supposedly a European country which arrests people which oppose israeli aggression or those who asks for ceasefire, or which protests against the ongoing Genocide, forces its migrant population to sign a paper in favor of the recognition of the supremacists nazizionist genocidal entity, and at the same time brags about its commitment to send more weapons to the Genocidal regime, for the extermination of the Palestinian people.

And finally, Switzerland, the country mother of the Geneva convention, which instead of adopting its own laws to end Genocide, continues to throw gasoline on the fire which in the end, will not spare it from it.

All genocidal entities, which blinded by their ignorance, greed, and hate towards everybody else, continue to desplaiy their insanity and bullism, as if they should be above all judgments and laws.   

Fortunately though, this is not the case, as their once hidden crimes, are now in plain site, and rightfully angry people are gathering around the world to demand accountability and justice.

So, yes the “crash” is happening in slow motion, but nevertheless, it is happening and the consequences will never be forgotten.

And while in israel, the Supreme Court must do what is told by the International Court of Justice,  and condemn and remove from office those politicians, generals, commanders and public figures which have incite hatred and Genocide, the israeli people, have now a chance to form a new interim government willing to end the atrocities, exchange the prisoners, and finally allow for human rights, dignity, and peace in the region.

As for those who had supported the brutal military actions of the Genocidal entity against the Palestinians, is now their last chance to revise their position and do what humanity asks them to do.

At the same time,  the people of the world,  now observer and witnesses of the unfolding Genocide, must continue to exercise maximum pressure on all governments for their call to an immediate cessation of all hostilities, and for the immediate provision of assistance for all the victims of the Genocidal zionazi false flag operation now concluded in the provisional measures of the International Court of Justice.

Because the withdrawal of all occupying soldiers from the Palestinian territories, and the opening of all crossings for the delivery of the much needed aid and supplies are essential, we must also pressure our governments to immediately send peacekeeping and rescue missions which can serve in providing both help and security in Gaza and for the entire region.

We must so proceed with civil lawsuits on all those politicians and public figures which with their public statements in support of the continuation of the atrocities, have committed hate crimes, and by fomenting the hatred, expressed their genocidal intent.

The people of Gaza can not wait any longer, we must stop the Genocide, if our representatives refuse, they must be charged for their crime of complicity in Genocide.
